Fair questions.

Will this replace my office manager?

No. It takes the repetitive half of their job — the chasing, the retyping, the reminders — so they can do the half that needs a person. Teams end up doing more, with less stress.

Do I have to switch off Jobber / Housecall Pro / QuickBooks?

No. We build alongside the tools you already run. If you’re not on any software yet, that’s fine too — getting the foundation in place is part of what we do.

What does it cost?

The Assessment is $975, and it’s guaranteed — if the plan doesn’t show you at least five hours a week to get back, you don’t pay. After that you pick a path: we train you and your team to build it yourselves (the Training, from $1,200 a month), or we build the whole thing for you (the Build, scoped to your business).

How long until something’s working?

The Assessment takes about a week. The first system is live within two weeks of starting a build.

I’m barely on email. Is this too advanced for us?

The opposite. Businesses still running on paper have the most hours to get back. We start with the basics and build up — nobody gets handed a system they can’t run.

Where are you based?

Hadley, Mass, and we work with owners across Western Mass. The Assessment and the Training happen over a video call, so we can move fast without the drive time. The workshop is our in-person evening.
